We are looking for a Project Manager ServiceNow.
The main role of the ServiceNow Project Manager is to supervise the entire development and configuration of ServiceNow solutions and other implementations with the customer, from its design to its implementation.
This involves establishing and managing the implementation schedule, monitoring
of deliverables and the budget
Tasks

Create and regularly monitor the schedule, milestones, deliverables of projects in collaboration with business analysts, developers and testers

Manage and monitor project risks

Track the encoding of time spent by team members on projects

Produce the necessary reporting: schedule, consumption versus budget, risks
- Review user stories and bugs in Azure DevOps
- Prepare and lead kick-off meetings and project committees
- Prepare and lead retrospective meetings
- Participate in the creation and validation of the entire value chain for new projects

Update of project management monitoring tools
Profile
-
Mastery of the fundamentals of project management
-
Experience with the Agile methodology
-
Experience with the ITSM tool "ServiceNow"

Experience with MS Project desired
- Knowledge of the "Azure DevOps" environment Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework (processes, KPIs)
- French (C2), English (C1)

Valid work permit for non-European citizens is MANDATORY
